It depends on what you booked. For an ordinary rental, the arrangement is between you and the owner — message them through the app and agree it directly, since the payment never passed through us.

A sports ground is different: each venue sets its own cancellation terms, and you are shown them — along with exactly how much you would get back — before you confirm a booking and again when you cancel. Those terms are fixed at the moment you book, so a venue changing them later never affects a booking you have already made.
